基于综合智能网的统一计费系统研究

随着现代电信技术的飞速发展,出现了多种多样丰富的电信业务。但是每种电信业务对应一个业务账号,用户必须分开为各种业务缴费,这样容易出现账号多用户难以记忆的困难,也不利于电信业务的管理。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于综合网络应用编程接口（JAIN）的综合智能网统一计费系新方案,在系统中为用户分配一个总的帐号,用户只需要用该帐号就可以给所有的业务缴费,现对系统进行了总体设计及详细设计,并用JAIN、Mobicents等技术实现系统。
