| 摘 要： | 现阶段电信运营商本地传输网经过多年的快速发展已基本成形和稳定,但在长期传输网络的建设过程中,由于不同时期受到资金、技术和市场要求等多方面因素的影响,本地传输网仍然存在网络结构不完善、设备功能不足、综合接入业务能力差等问题。针对现阶段电信运营商本地SDH传输网存在较为普遍的问题,在满足新形势下对传输网要求的基础上,从SDH网络结构、传输设备和传输网综合接入能力三个方面提出了优化方案建议,使现网的资源潜力得到充分的发挥,提高承载能力,既可节省投资,又能满足新业务、新市场的需求。
