基于分批估计理论与虚拟仪器的瓦斯监测系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于分批估计理论和虚拟仪器技术的新型矿井瓦斯监测系统。该系统同时检测井下的多个参数,用CAN总线实现数据通信;并在LabVIEW平台上实现递推估计理论,对数据进行融合处理;最后,对结果进行显示、保存。此外,采用LabVIEW软件进行可视化编程,可以方便地进行历史数据的查询、井下参数的上下限设定及报警功能的实现。经实验检验,系统运行可靠,效果良好。

Abstract:Anew kind of gas-monitoring System based on patch estimation theory and virtual instrument technology is introduced. This system can measure several signal at the same time,CAN bus is used to transmit data. Data is processed by the patch estimation theory. The software LabVIEW is used in the system to make the visible program, so it is easy to review the history data, set the upper and lower limit of the parameters, andachieve the alarm function. Through examining,the system is reliable and a better result is achieved.
