有限转角力矩电机起动转矩测试方法探讨

摘    要:随着科技的发展,一种有限转角力矩电机广泛应用于导弹雷达的无线定位、伺服阀门的运行以及通过小角度旋转的各种驱动系统。由于起步较晚,有限转角力矩电机的起动转矩测试项目在对应的国军标中没有涉及,而它的起动转矩准确与否是一个关键点。本文立足于有限转角力矩电机的发展现状,提出一种有限转角力矩电机起动转矩的测试方法,从测试角度对该方法进行分析论证。在此基础上,研制了一套有限转角力矩电机的起动转矩测试装置,并对其进行了可行性验证。用该测试装置对有限转角力矩电机的起动转矩进行试验,并对试验数据进行分析。结果表明该装置实现了有限转角力矩电机起动转矩的测试,并显著提高了测试精度。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, a limited Angle torque motor is widely used in missile radar wireless positioning, servo valve operation and various driving systems through small Angle rotation. Due to the late start, the starting torque test of finite Angle torque motor is not involved in the corresponding military standard, and the accuracy of its starting torque is a key point. Based on the development status of finite Angle torque motor, this paper puts forward a test method of starting torque of finite Angle torque motor, and analyzes and demonstrates this method from the test point of view. On this basis, a set of starting torque testing device for finite torque motor is developed, and its feasibility is verified. The test device is used to test the starting torque of the limited torque motor, and the test data are analyzed. The results show that the device can measure the starting torque of the limited torque motor and improve the testing accuracy significantly.
