摘    要:根据地铁车辆直线电机的应用要求,对强迫风冷直线电机进行工程化设计:设计了轻量化的铁心结构、应用非金属轻量化材料,以满足电机重量指标;设计了强迫通风的冷却系统,风机额定工作效率保持在最高点,以保证电机温升满足设计要求;设计了适应电机绝缘等级的温度保护系统,以保证电机绝缘寿命等。最后通过电机型式试验,证明直线电机满足堵动推力、温升和轻量化等指标要求。

Abstract:According to the application requirements of the linear motor of subway vehicles, the forced air-cooled linear motor is engineered: Design a lightweight iron core structure, apply non-metal lightweight materials to meet the motor weight index; Design a forced ventilation cooling system, and the fan is rated for operation The point is at the highest efficiency point to ensure that the temperature rise of the motor meets the design requirements; A temperature protection system that adapts to the insulation level of the motor is designed to ensure the insulation life of the motor. Finally, the motor type test proves that the linear motor meets the index requirements of blocking thrust, temperature rise and lightweight.
