摘    要:为了充分发挥价格杠杆在微电网储能配置中的作用,提升多微电网储能充放电的协调性,提出一种基于主从博弈的多微电网储能容量优化配置方法。配电网作为博弈主体,考虑价格杠杆对微电网储能充放电行为的影响,以配电网运行成本最低为目标对电价进行调整,下发给博弈从体。多微电网为博弈从体,考虑运行策略对容量规划的影响,以各微电网年化总成本最低为目标,建立微电网储能容量双层优化配置模型,确定对应电价下微电网的最优储能容量及运行策略。IEEE33节点系统算例分析表明,通过价格杠杆对微电网的储能容量进行优化配置后,既提高了微电网自身的收益,又减小了配电网的运行成本。

Abstract:In order to give full play to the role of price lever in the optimal allocation of energy storage capacity of multi-microgrid, and improve the coordination of charging and discharging of the energy storage in the multi-microgrid, this paper proposes a method for the optimal allocation of the energy storage capacity in the multi-microgrid based on master-slave game. As the game subject, the distribution network considers the impact of the price lever on the charging and discharging behavior of microgrid energy storage, adjusts the electricity price with the goal of minimising the operating cost of the distribution network, and sends it to the game followers. As the game follower, the multi-microgrid considers the impact of operating strategies on capacity planning, establishes a bi-level optimal allocation model for the microgrid energy storage capacity according to the lowest annualized total cost of each microgrid, and determines the optimal energy storage capacity and operation strategy for each microgrid in corresponding electricity price. The example analysis of IEEE 33-node system shows that the optimal allocation of the energy storage capacity of the microgrid by the price lever not only increases the profit of the microgrid, but also reduces the operating cost of the distribution network.
