电容可变式静电电机研究现状及发展趋势

摘    要:电容可变式静电电机的研制主要集中在超微型结构上。近年来,由于电容可变式静电电机具有结构简单、成本低、损耗小,适用于超高温、强磁场领域等一系列优点,国内外的研究学者开始关注常规尺寸电容可变式静电电机的研究。本文介绍了电容可变式静电电机的基本原理、结构特点,综述了其国内外研究现状,并提出了电容可变式静电电机研究的发展趋势。

Abstract:The research and development of variable-capacitance electrostatic motor mainly focus on the ultra micro structure. In recent years, owing to the variable-capacitance electrostatic motor has excellent performance in structure, cost, loss, heat resistance and magnetic resistance, researchers at domestic and abroad start to take notice of the study of conventional size variable-capacitance electrostatic motor. In this paper, the principle and structure of variable-capacitance electrostatic motor are introduced, the research status of variable-capacitance electrostatic motor is summarized, and the development trend of variable-capacitance electrostatic motor is proposed.
