摘    要:由正弦波电流驱动的永磁交流伺服电机,因其优良的性能被广泛应用于航空、航天、船舶和军工等领域。而独特的Halbach磁体阵列结构因其特有的充磁方式,具有磁场分布正弦性好、气隙磁密幅值高等优点。为进一步提升永磁交流伺服电机的性能,给出了两类Halbach磁体磁感应强度解析式,分析了Halbach结构在永磁交流伺服电机中的应用及该结构电磁特点,并通过有限元仿真对比研究了平行充磁Halbach结构、径向充磁Halbach结构、常规平行充磁结构与常规径向充磁结构电机的气隙磁场与输出转矩。最后通过搭建实验测试平台验证了仿真的准确性。

Abstract:Permanent magnet AC servo motor driven by sine wave current is widely used in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding and military industry because of its excellent performance. The unique Halbach magnet array structure has the advantages of good sinusoidal magnetic field distribution and high air-gap magnetic density amplitude due to its unique magnetization mode. In order to further improve the performance of permanent magnet AC servo motor, the analytical formula of magnetic induction intensity of two kinds of Halbach magnet is given, and the application of Halbach structure in permanent magnet AC servo motor and the electromagnetic characteristics of the structure are analyzed. The air-gap magnetic field and output torque of parallel magnetized Halbach structure, radial magnetized Halbach structure, conventional parallel magnetized structure and conventional radial magnetized structure motor are studied by finite element simulation. Finally, an experimental test platform is built to verify the accuracy of the simulation.
