摘    要:为了保证合环操作的顺利进行,提出了一种10 kV配电网的合环电流计算方法,重点对合环冲击电流计算过程进行改进,将最大电流出现时刻和所在相纳入考虑。首先,通过理论分析推导,介绍了所提的10 kV配电网合环前稳态电流和合环冲击电流的计算方法;然后,给出了合环操作判定条件的流程;最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建了10 kV配电网的合环仿真模型,对理论分析进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,提出的计算方法具有较高的准确性,对实际工程中合环电流计算和合环操作判定具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to ensure a successful loop closing operation,this paper proposes a method for calculating the loop closing current in 10 kV distribution network, and focuses on improving the calculating process of the loop closing inrush current with the consideration of the maximum current occurrence time and phase. Firstly,through theoretical analysis and derivation,the calculating methods of the steady state current before the loop closing and the loop closing inrush current in 10 kV distribution network are expounded. Then the procedure for determining the loop closing operation conditions is given. Finally,a simulation model of 10 kV distribution network is built based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the theoretical analysis. The results show the high accuracy of the proposed calculating method, which has certain guiding significance for calculating the loop closing current and determining the loop closing operation in practical engineering.
