充电桩用充电模块劣化状态评估技术研究

摘    要:在长期运行过程中,充电桩用充电模块的运行性能会因内部元器件状态劣化而降低。提出了一种基于元器件劣化状态的充电模块整体劣化状态评估技术。首先,构建充电模块仿真模型研究其在金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管和铝电解电容状态劣化时的运行特性;其次,搭建充电模块劣化状态评估实验平台,测量元器件劣化参数;最后,建立评价模型评估充电模块的整体劣化状态,并得到转换效率与整体劣化状态之间的映射关系。实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:In the long-term operation process, the operating performance of the charging module used for charging pile will be reduced due to the deterioration of the internal components. This paper proposes a technology to evaluate the overall deterioration state of the charging module based on the deterioration state of the components. Firstly, the simulation model of the charging module is constructed to study its operation characteristics under the deterioration conditions of metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and aluminum electrolytic capacitor. Secondly, an experimental platform for the deterioration state evaluation of the charging module is built to measure the deterioration parameters of the components. Finally, an evaluation model is established to evaluate the overall deterioration state of the charging module, and the mapping relationship between conversion efficiency and the overall deterioration state is obtained. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
