摘    要:步进电机是航天器控制系统的核心组成部件,逐年增多的商业航天及型号任务使用的步进电机种类越来越多,对通用化电机测试系统的需求越来越迫切,综合多种电机常见的角度测量方案研制了一款基于STM32的通用化电机角度测试系统,适用于零位传感器、电位器、霍尔传感器和旋转变压器四种角度测量方案,能够满足目前绝大部分步进电机的角度测试需求。通过测试试验,表明研制的通用化电机角度测试系统测量准确、运行稳定、操作方便,为航天器太阳帆板驱动机构的高性能步进电机测试提供了完整的解决方案。

Abstract:Stepper motor is the core component of spacecraft control system. More and more types of stepper motors are used in commercial aerospace and missions year by year, and the demand for universal motor test system is becoming more and more urgent. Integrating a variety of common angle measurement schemes of motors, a universal motor angle test system based on STM32 is developed, which is suitable for the four angle measurement schemes of zero position sensor, potentiometer, Hall sensor and resolver. It can meet the angle testing requirements of most stepping motors. The test results show that the universal motor angle test system had the advantages of accurate measurement, stable operation and convenient operation. It provides a complete solution for the test of high-performance stepping motor of spacecraft solar sail driving mechanism.
