基于数据挖掘方法的新型电力系统中可中断负荷合同模型研究

摘    要:针对新型电力系统中可中断负荷合同模型制定问题,首先基于数据挖掘理论进行用户行为特征分析,并在此基础上进行负荷响应能力分析;然后考虑负荷响应能力,从用户分类参数、电力公司成本、最大中断负荷限制3个方面改进了基于委托-代理理论的传统可中断负荷合同模型;最后结合实际数据进行算例分析,结果验证了考虑负荷响应能力的可中断负荷合同模型的有效性,有利于增强电力系统运行可靠性。

Abstract:Targeting the problem of formulating the model of interruptible load contract in new power system, the paper first analyzes user behavior characteristics based on data mining theory and load response capability. Then the principal-agent theory-based model of the traditional interruptible load contract is improved in user classification parameters, power company cost and the maximum interruptible load limit by considering the load response capability. Finally, a case study is carried out with actual data, and the results verify the validity of the model of the interruptible load contract considering the load response capability, which is help to enhance the reliability of power system operation.
