基于扰动观测器的PMSM无速度传感器控制

摘    要:针对负载扰动对电机驱动的影响,提出一种基于扰动观测器的PMSM无速度传感器控制方法。该方法使用自适应扩展状态观测器(AESO)观测电机转速,并设计了电机定子电阻自适应律,实时更新定子电阻值。同时设计了一种自适应积分状态反馈控制器(AISFC),将定子电阻估计值作为控制器输入,实时更新控制器中的电阻值,消除了定子电阻变化对控制器控制精度的影响。仿真结果表明,该控制方法具有良好的控制性能和鲁棒性。

Abstract:Aiming at the influence of load disturbance on motor drive, a speed sensorless control method for PMSM based on disturbance observer was proposed. This method used the adaptive extended state observer (AESO) to observe the motor speed, and designs the motor stator resistance adaptive law to update the stator resistance value in real time. At the meantime an adaptive integral state feedback controller (AISFC) was designed, which took the estimated stator resistance as the controller input, updated the resistance value in the controller in real time, and eliminated the influence of the stator resistance change on the control accuracy of the controller. The simulation results show that the proposed method has excellent control performance and robustness.
