摘    要:开绕组结构能给直线电机系统提供更多的电平,可以提高电机绕组端电压和功率,是提升直线电机推力性能的有效方法。文中以初级永磁型直线(Primary Permanent Magnet Linear, PPML)电机为研究对象,分析了PPML电机的数学模型,设计了PPML电机的双逆变器开绕组拓扑结构;针对传统PI控制的不足和滑模控制中存在的抖振,提出以电机的速度和位移为控制量,把电机系统分解为等效控制和切换控制,设计了等效控制器和切换控制律,增加补偿控制量改进等效滑模控制,抑制滑模抖振,仿真和实验结果证明,与传统方法相比,该方法能减小电流波动和推力脉振,提高了PPML电机的控制性能。

Abstract:The open winding structure can provide more power-levels in linear motor system, and can improve the voltage and power of winding end of motor. It is an effective method to improve the thrust performance of linear motor. In this paper, the mathematical model of PPML motor is analyzed by taking primary permanent magnet linear (PPML) motor as the research object. The dual inverter open winding topology of PPML motor is designed. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional PI control and chattering in sliding mode control of PPML motor, the equivalent sliding mode control method is improved by taking the speed and displacement of motor as control variables. The system is divided into equivalent control and switching control, and the equivalent controller and switching control law are designed s eparately. The equivalent sliding mode control is improved by adding compensation control to suppress sliding mode chattering. Simulation and experiment show that the method can reduce the current fluctuation and thrust pulsation c omparing with traditional methods , and the control performance of PPML motor is improved.
