基于LPC1343的煤矿粉尘浓度监测仪设计

摘    要:针对传统的过滤称重法测量粉尘浓度的工作程序繁琐、干扰大和取得结果不及时等问题,采用了光透射法原理设计了一种基于ARM7处理器LPC1343的粉尘浓度监测仪,详细的介绍了该仪器的硬件电路设计和软件实现流程。测试表明,该监测仪具有测量准确,可靠性高等优点。

Abstract:In order to solve problems of complex operation,large disturbance,the results delay and so on existed in dust concentration monitoring instruments by use of traditional filter and weighing method,a dust concentration monitoring instruments adopted principle of light-transmission method and based on ARM7 processor of LPC1343 was designed,the paper introduced circuit design of hardware and realizing flow of software of the apparatus in details.The testing result showed that the apparatus has advantages of accurate measurement,high reliability.
