| 摘 要： | 浙江省集雨面积20－100km^2的小流域有2000多条，治理规划管理工作涉及到大量信息与数据的处理，用常规的手段已无法满足工作的需要，急需采用高科技手段进行流域治理规划管理。小流域治理规划管理信息系统是在GIS技术的基础上自主开发而成的一项新技术，已在20多个县市投入应用，推广前景良好。

| Abstract: | There are more than two thousands small basins with a water collecting area of twenty to one hundred square kilometers in Zhejiang. A lot of information and data about regulation planning and management must be treated by high scientific and technical means. The management information system for small basin improvement planning is a new technique developed under the basis of GIS technique and used in more than twenty counties. |
