| Abstract: | The Heng Jiang reservoir is at the limit storage for a long time,and running regardless its danger.Only after the seep rea-sons have been analyzed and problems such as earth dam distortion and seepage been solved,the goal to eliminate the danger and re-inforce the dam can be finally achieved. |
