摘    要:研究了渗稀土激光熔凝复合处理对纯铁表面耐磨性能及微观组织的影响。结果表明,经过复合处理,纯铁表面的耐磨性显著提高,磨损失重为未处理试样的5%,且纯铁表层微观组织改善,晶粒细化,组织均匀致密,渗入元素浓度梯度明显减小。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects on pure Fe surface and the microstructure using the method of permeating RE combined with laser melting modification.The results show that after treated,the abrasion of treated sample has been improved significantly and the loss of weight has been reduced to 5%.The microstructure has improved been to be denser and more uniform than that of untreated,grain has been refined and the concentration gradient of the elements permeated has been decreased obviously.
