碳化反应器气含率的研究

摘    要:对用于处理低品位铝土矿和赤泥的"钙化-碳化法"中碳化过程进行研究。通过基于相似原理建立的水模型实验,在空气-水-玻璃珠体系中,采用压差法考察了表观气速、表观液速以及液固比对气含率的影响。结果表明:反应器内气含率随表观气速以及液固比的增大而增大,而与表观液速成反比,且表观液速对气含率的影响远小于表观气速。

Abstract:As the core link of calcification-carbonation method for processing low-grade bauxite and red mud which was proposed by Northeastern University research group, the carbonization process was studied. Through the established water model experiments which were based on similar principles, effects of the superficial gas velocity, superficial liquid ve- locity and liquid-solid ratio on gas holdup were investigated using the differential pressure method in the air-water-glass bead system. The results showed that the gas holdup in the de- rived reactor increased with the increase of the superficial gas velocity and liquid-solid ratio, while it was inversely proportional to the superficial liquid velocity. And the effect of the superficial liquid velocity on the gas holdup was much smaller than the superficial gas velocity.
