熵权法在梯级电站效益补偿分摊中的应用研究

摘    要:以大渡河梯级干流22个梯级电站为例,对比四种分摊方式对梯级电站进行了效益补偿分析计算,结果表明:熵权法是一种相对较为合理的、易于各方接受的效益补偿分摊计算方法,为大渡河梯级电站建成后效益补偿分配提供参考,同时也为我国其他流域效益补偿提供一定的研究思路,具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Actually calculating compensative benefits was a shift of electricity generation benefits.This paper took the 22 cascaded hydroelectric station system of Dadu River as an example.By contrasting the four distributing ways to calculate compensative benefits of cascaded hydropower stations,it came to result that the entropy-weighting method was more reasonable and acceptant.This method had not only provided great references to the reasonable distribution of compensative benefits of Dadu River cascaded hydropower stations,but also provided a research approach to calculate compensative benefits for other watersheds.It has important applied values.
