| 摘 要： | 从无轨电车的清洁、无污染等优良特性出发,结合上海市无轨电车在设施和技术上的成熟性,分别从成本、环境、能源、设施的充分利用等角度,对上海市无轨电车重新发展的可行性作出了分析。然后根据结论对上海市无轨电车的发展方向提出了规划方案和具体调整建议,最后从宏观上得出无轨电车发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the merits suchas cleanness and no pollution, and com-bined with the maturity of Shanghai trolleysin technologies and facilities, this articleanalyzes the feasibility of Shanghai trolleyre-development in the aspects of environ-ment, energy, cost and the efficiency offacilities. Based on the conclusions derivedfrom the analysis, the article offers the plan-ning and suggestion for Shanghai trolley de-velopment from the perspective of policy. |
