摘    要:结合椭圆形封头锥形接管及长方形接管实例,在AutoCAD环境下利用Visual-Lisp语言进行接管放样设计.依据设计提供的数据生成相贯体,利用相贯线为三维B样条曲线的特性对接管进行放样处理,进而利用放样曲线是平面B样条曲线的特性得到数据,直接指导实地钢板划线,实现无纸放样.

Abstract:Combing with the design instances of cone-shaped quadrate nozzle of elliptic and socket,the design system of nozzle's sheeting of chemical device was done at the platform of AutoCAD using Visual-Lisp.The interesting system and line were formed based on the design data,and then the sheeting treatment of nozzle was done utilizing the characteristic that the interesting line was three-dimensional B pattern curve.New data could be gained based on the fact that the sheeting curve was planar B pattern curve,which could guide the lineation at armor plate directly and the sheeting without blue print could be implemented.
