高泥质氧化铜矿酸浸试验研究

摘    要:针对某高泥质氧化铜矿堆浸中渗透困难、难以浸出的问题开展试验研究,得到了采用浓酸液强化浸出不仅有利于增加矿石的渗透性,而且还有利于提高矿石的浸出率和浸出液品位、降低浸出酸耗,并最终找到了适合的浸出工艺参数。

Abstract:The test on the problem that it is difficult to permeate and leach for the heap leaching of a highly-mudded oxidized copper ore was conducted. The results showed that using the strengthening leaching of concentrated acid liquor was beneficial to not only increasing the ore permeability, hut also improving the leaching rate and the leach liquor grade, as well as reducing the acid consumption of the leaching. In addition, the appropriate parameters for leaching technology have been found eventually.
