钢腹板体外预应力组合箱梁剪力滞效应有限元分析

摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元软件建立钢腹板体外预应力组合箱梁有限元模型,在集中荷载对称作用在肋板处和集中荷载作用在翼板中心两种加载方式下,对波纹钢腹板体外预应力组合箱梁与平钢腹板体外预应力组合箱梁的剪力滞效应进行分析,对波纹钢腹板体外预应力组合箱梁在两种加载方式下的剪力滞系数沿纵向和横向的分布进行了讨论.结果表明:两种箱梁剪力滞系数的变化规律相同,但波纹钢腹板体外预应力组合箱梁的剪力滞效应相对明显;荷栽作用位置从肋板向翼板中心移动时,波纹钢腹板组合箱梁顶板由正剪力滞效应到负剪力滞效应变化,纵向在荷载作用位置附近剪力滞效应明显.

Abstract:ANSYS is used to set up a finite element model of steel webs to analyze the shear lag effect of externally prestressed composite box girder with corrugated steel web and that with fiat steel webs under the two conditions, including concentrated load effect on the ribbed plate symmetrically and the concentrated load effect on the center of the wing plate. Vertical and horizontal distribution of shear lag coefficient of externally prestressed composite box girder with corrugated steel webs under two loading modes are discussed. The comparison results show that two kinds of shear lag varying rules are same, and the shear lag effect of externally prestressed composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is significant. When the load position moves from the floor to the wing plate center, the shear lag effect of corrugated steel web composite box girder roof changes from the positive shear lag effect to the negative, and the shear lag near the loading position is significant along the longitudinal direction.
