YAG连续激光对玻璃钢材料的破坏效应研究

摘    要:文中主要采用YAG 连续激光对玻璃钢材料进行了实验研究,通过实验总结了以环氧树脂玻璃钢材料的破坏机制:主要以烧蚀为主,靶面经激光辐射环氧树脂首先出现热解,随后激光能量继续传入靶材深层将玻璃纤维烧熔、烧断最后形成碳化,同时用波导法对玻璃钢材料在不同激光功率密度下烧蚀后对透过率的影响进行了测量。

Abstract:In this thesis, the experimental investigation is mainly described, in which YAG continuous laser is used to act on fiberglass material. And the destructive mechanism of epoxy fiberglass material is summarized, that is to use ablation mainly. When laser irradiates the target surface, the epoxy becomes pyrogenation firstly. Then the energy of laser is conducted to the deeper layer of the target, which results in the rupture and fusion of the fiberglass fiber, and carbonization at last. At the same time, the effect to the transmittance of fiberglass|reinforced plastic material is measured by means of wave guide method.
