摘    要:由于凝汽器运行条件复杂,材质众多,及冷却水质的不断恶化,凝汽器铜管的腐蚀损坏是人们关注但又未解决好的问题。凝汽器铜管胀口的渗漏与管端的腐蚀是十分常见而棘手的难题。这里介绍一种应用于凝汽器管板与铜管管端的XZ—A耐磨增韧防腐胶,通过在10多家电厂的20多台机组凝汽器上的成功使用(最长使用时间超过6年),证实了其优良的防渗、防腐效果,为根除胀口的渗漏与消除管端腐蚀提供了一种可选择的方法。

Prevention Leakage and Corrosion at Roller-Expanded Terminals of Copper alloy Condenser Tubes
Abstract:Corrosion damage of copper alloy condenser tubes, caused by complicated operational conditions, by the variety of material used and every deteriorating cooling water quality, is an annoying, but not yet satisfactorily solved problem. The paper introduces a XZ A enduring and toughness boosting glue tube applied to condenser plates and tube ends. Successful application to more than 20 turbine sets in 10 power plants, with the longest service time being more than 6 years, evidences its outstanding anti leakage and anti corrosion effect and thus represents an alternative for extirpating leakage at tube expansion joints and eliminating corrosion of tube ends.
