摘    要:电磁弹射用永磁无刷直流直线电机工作电压高、电流大、工作速度动态范围大,要求推力恒定,因此在进行电机选择参数慎重考虑其工作特点。在换相期间和非换相期间数学模型基础上,推导出推力波动。结合电磁弹射特点,求解得到以速度和推力为变量的电流和电压的表达式,并将其代人换相推力波动、非换相期间推力波动和效率公式,并以此为目标函数,建立了优化模型。采用词典排序算法解决目标函数之间的冲突问题,对于每一个目标函数,采用模拟退火算法进行优化。最后通过MATLAB仿真计算,获得优化解,给出推力曲线,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Optimization and Simulation of PMBLCDLM Used for EMLs Based on the Circuit Model

Abstract:During the electromagnetic launchers (EMLs), the permanent brushless DC linear motor (PM- BLDCLM) works with high voltage, large current, the range of velocity is wide, and the force required constant, so it is very important to consider the characteristics of EMLs when the parameters are chosen. The force ripple is deluded on the basis model during the commutation and non-commutation. The current and voltage are given with the independent variable of velocity and force combining with the characteristics of EMLs, which are into the formula of commutation force ripple, force ripple and efficiency, the optimiza- tion model is established with the three formulas. The lexicographic ordering is used to solve the conflict a- mong the three objective functions; the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the single func- tion. At last, the optimal value is gained on the environment of MATLAB, the curve of force is given, the simulation results validity the correctness and feasibility of proposed theory.
