| 摘 要： | “以公有制为主体，多种所有制共同发展”是我国社会主义初级阶段的一项基本经济制度，是我党对社会主义经济认识不断深化的必然结果，是由社会主义性质和我国国情决定的，具有客观必然性，基本经济制度的成熟和完善，只有通过深化改革才能实现。
