红外热成像技术在泵站的应用前景

摘    要:红外热成像技术能快速、实时地采用非接触手段,在线监测和诊断出电气设备的大多数过热故障。介绍了红外热成像技术的功能和特点,详细分析了红外热成像技术在泵站电气设备测温和故障诊断中的优越性,指出红外热成像技术在泵站的应用前景。积极推广电气设备在线红外监测技术,对保障电气设备安全运行,实现电气设备的状态检修起到极大的推动作用。

Abstract:Infrared thermal imaging technology can quickly make on-line monitoring and diagnosis of overheating fault of electrical equipment by real-time non-contact method. This article introduces functions and characteristics ot the imaging technology, analyses the superiority of using the imaging technology in temperature measurement and malfunction diagnosis of electrical equipment in pump station, and points out that there is a wide application prospects of the imaging technology in pump station. The popularization of the monitoring technology for electrical equipment plays an positive role in promoting safe operation and status maintenance of electrical equipment.
