基于滑模观测器的开关磁阻电动机间接位置检测技术研究

摘    要:滑模观测器采用分段线性电感模型,同时考虑了磁路饱和的影响,减小了计算量,实现了开关磁阻电动机在线转子位置间接检测。对该方法进行了理论分析。在仿真研究中,考虑到数学模型和实际电动机特性的差异,采用有限元计算结果对开关磁阻电动机的非线性特性进行建模,而滑模观测器采用分段线性电感模型;最后对提出的间接位置检测方法进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果验证了方法的可行性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:This paper presents an analytical evaluation of the sliding-mode observer(SMO)for eliminating position sensors in switched reluctance motor(SRM)drivers.The sliding-mode rotor position observer is based on the inductance mode simulated by linear piecewise function.The magnetic saturation effect is also considered.Our aim is to propose a simple and compact model of SRM that could be used for online rotor position estimation.In simulations,non-linear characteristics were modeled by finite-element analysis(FEA).Correspondingly,the linear piecewise inductance model is used in SMO model.The simulation and experiment results demonstrate the applicability and robustness of the sensorless driver system.
