摘    要:借助Thermo-Calc软件分析了Al-Si-Cu合金的热力学特点,结合半固态成形所需条件,提出了该系合金适合半固态成形的成分区间,并对AlSi5Cu3Mg合金半固态坯料的加热过程进行验证。结果表明,获得的半固态坯料完全满足半固态成形的组织需要。

Abstract:With the Thermo-Calc software, the thermodynamic characteristics of Al-Si-Cu alloys were analyzed, and the composition range of Al-Si-Cu alloys for semi-solid forming was put forward. The reheating process of semi-solid forming was validated using the AlSi5Cu3Mg alloy. The results show that the microstructure of semi-solid billets meets the needs of semi-solid forming.
