摘    要:介绍了杭州电化集团有限公司30m3聚合釜密闭进出料装置的设计、运行情况,改为密闭进出料工艺后,保证了PVC树脂的质量,改善了环境,降低了消耗,生产1tPVC树脂可降低电石消耗10kg,增加经济效益约87万元 a。

Abstract:The design and running situations of a closed charging/discharging device for 30 m~3 polymerizer in Hangzhou Electrochemical Group Co.,Ltd.were introduced.After adopting the closed charging/discharging device,the quality of PVC resin was ensured,the consumption was reduced,surroundings were improved,10 kg calcium carbide could be saved while producing 1 ton of PVC resin,and 0.87 million RMB $ benefits could be increased per year.
