摘    要:减少工艺用能是常减压装置节能的根本 ,减少初级能、提高能量转化率、提高热回收率是关键。运用三环节模式对常减压装置能耗进行系统分析 ,找出了节能降耗的有效方法。

Abstract:When considering the energy saving of atmospheric and v acuum distillation unit, the reduction of process energy should be ultimate. Mea nwhile, reducing preliminary energy and increasing the heat recovery rate are th e key. This paper utilizes the three grade model to analyze the energy consumpti on of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in order to find efficient ways o f energy saving.
