摘    要:针对CVC热连轧精轧机组板形计算问题,采用影响函数开发了计算热连轧机轧后板断面厚度分布软件。根据CVC轧辊辊形的特点,采用实际轧辊凸度分布模,并利用轧机的反对称性质,计算轧垂直中心线一侧的板断面厚度分布、轧制力分布、辊间压力分布等,提高了板形计算和辊间压力计算的精度,模拟计算结果与现场数据相符。

Abstract:As to the flatness calculating of CVC mill, a software is developed to predict the strip thickness distribution after rolling by using the influence function method. With the character of CVC roll curve, the strip thickness distribution, rolling pressure distribution and pressure between rolls along transverse direction are calculated, by using the model of the real roll crown distribution and the character of the antisymmetry of mills. The results are in good agreement with production data.
