摘    要:提出了一种利用ICP—AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)同时测定生铁或铸铁中Mn、P、Cr、Ni、Cu、Mo、V、Ti、Als、Co、Mg、Ca、Zn和Zr共14种元素的分析方法。优选了仪器测定参数,采用基体匹配办法克服了基体干扰,选择合适的分析线和背景校正消除了共存元素问的干扰。本方法相对标准偏差〈3%,回收率达95.5%~106.0%,准确度和精密度均取得较好的的效果。

Abstract:An analysis method for determining fourteen elements including Mn, P, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, V, Ti, Als, Co, Mg, Ca, Zn and Zr in pig iron or cast iron by ICP- AES(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry) at the same time is presented. Determination parame- ters of the equipment are optimized and selected, disturbance from matrix is avoided by matching method, and disturbamce between coexistence elements is eliminated by selecting suitable analytical lines and correcting background. The relative standard deviation of the method mentioned above is less than 3%, the recovery ratio is between 95.9% and 106.0% and accuracy and precision are good.
