摘    要:采用海藻酸盐包埋法固定克鲁维酵母,以乳清为原料发酵生产燃料酒精.首先,比较了固定化细胞与游离细胞的发酵周期,然后对固定化酵母发酵乳清的工艺条件进行了研究,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定的最适固定化条件为:海藻酸钠3.0%,CaCl210%,固化时间10h,12#针头凝胶球.

Abstract:Kluyveromyces marxianus immobilized with the sodium-alginate immobilized cell technology were used to produce alcohol by fermentation. At the first, the period of fermentation between immobilized cells and dissociate cells were compared, and then the technical conditions for immobilized yeast to produce alcohol were studied and the optimal immobilizing conditions and fermentation conditions were determined respectively through single diathesis test and orthogonal test as follows:3.0% Na-Alg, 10% CaCl2, immobilizing time 10h ,12# pinhead gelatin bulb.
