摘    要:以损失数作为目标函数来表征该热力学过程的不可逆程度,分析了管道内对流换热过程中的损。考察了管道工质的雷诺数对损失数的影响,并在定热流密度和定壁温两种情况下对损失系数进行了优化,结果表明:在定热流密度下,当流量为定值而管内径为变量时,损失系数有优化值。在定壁温情况下,损失系数无优化值。

Abstract:The exergy loss number is used in this paper as the objective function to indicate the irreversibility of the thermodynamic process. The exergy loss of the convection heat transfer process inside the tube is analyzed. And the influence of Reynolds number on the exergy number is also investigated. The optimal exergy loss number under two common conditions is derived. The results suggest that:under the condition of fixed heat flux,when the flow of pipe is fixed and the internal diameter is variable, it has an optimal value;but under the condition of fixed wall tempera- ture,it has no optimal number.
