摘    要:金属矿山采空区回采设计传统上使用的是二维的方法,采用空区三维激光精密探测系统(CMS)对金属矿开采形成的采空区进行精密探测,以探测数据为基础运用大型矿床建模软件SURPAC建立与矿山实际坐标完全一致的空区三维模型。在此基础上将建立的空区探测模型与采场设计单元模型复合,并通过模型间的布尔运算,计算出采场的存留矿量、回采总量等指标。用SURPAC对实际探测获得的空区模型进行剖切,并将剖切所获得的剖面与采场施工设计剖面进行对比,分析顶板巷道工程的安全状况,从而为矿山进一步改进采场回采设计和进行安全控制提供第一手资料。

Surveys of Excavation Mining Technology of Metal Mine with 3D Cavity Monitoring System

Abstract:3D Cavity Monitoring System (CMS) is used to survey the cavity formed during the mining of the underground metal mine.With the help of mining design software SURPAC and CMS monitoring data, the cavity model that is accorded with the actual coordinate system of the mine is built.The surveyed cavity model and the designed stope model are put together to form a coupling model, and the volume of the over-excavation and under-excavation of the stope is figured out through the Boolean operation between the two models.The safety situation of the openings above the cavity can be analyzed by cutting the cavity model using SURPAC, through contrasting the section plane of cavity with the designed section plane, it can offer the firsthand information for the mine to improve the mining design and safety control measures.
