中原油田油水井套管损坏机理分析及防治技术

摘    要:探讨中原油田油水井套管损坏的有效防治途径。方法:对中原油田油水井套管损坏状况进行统计,归类,并对形成套管损坏的因素和损坏的机理进行分析,理论计算和室内实验。套管损坏的成因分为盐膏层蠕变、不恰当的射孔密度,注入水水窜诱发泥岩膨胀和少数断层复活,套管管柱设计不合理,油田高压注水及地层高矿化度水腐蚀等。

Abstract:Purpose Discuss the effective preventive method of casing damage in oil-water well.Method The damage condition of casing in oil-water well in Zhongyuan Oilfield have been made statistical and classified. The damage factor of casing and damage mechanism has been made analysis theoretical calculation and laboratory experiment. The genesis of casing damage should be divided a creep deformation of salt lime zone, unreasonable perforation density, shale swelling and a few of fault recurrence formed by injection water channeling,unreasonable of design casing string, high pressure injection and water corrosion of high formation water salinity and so on. Such factors have been analyzed. Result The casing damage of oil-water well resulted from the comprehensive action with multi-factor, but one of them has a important part in the certain casing damage of oil-water well. The main task of preventive casing damage is designing casing string reasonably while drilling, doing well in injection water and preventive corrosion; scientific designing and operation in well stimulation and stimulation of injection of oil-water well. Conclusion It is a important measure of improving developing effect to stuby casing damage and have practical repairing technology scientifically.
