| 摘 要： | 介绍了射频识别技术(RFID)的特点及成品码垛系统的工作流程、系统结构、主要功能及硬件配置,并分析了该系统的逻辑流程,以及系统异常情况的处理方法。采用托盘运输和RFID电子标签扫码成品卷烟,不仅优化了扫码流程,减少了装卸货物时间,也减轻了操作人员的劳动强度。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of RFID and workflow of finished product palletizing system were introduced,the system structure,main functions and hardware configuration of RFID applied in the palletizing system were discussed,and the logic flow of this system and the treatment of abnormal status were also analyzed.The handling of finished products with pallets combined with electronic label code scanning not only optimized the flow of code scanning,but also reduced the time for(loading) and unloading and the(labor) intensity of operators. |
