摘    要:为计算GIS隔离开关操作引起的快速瞬变过程 (VFT)的电压波形 ,首先通过分析各个GIS构件的几何形状、尺寸及空间布置情况 ,结合多年来VFT行波的相关研究结果 ,并按照不能明显影响VFT基本波形和过电压幅值的原则 ,简化了影响VFT波形的各个GIS构件的精确模型。其次 ,以一个由母线、隔离开关、接地开关、断路器、电流互感器、电压互感器和套管等组成的典型GIS单元电路为例 ,检验了模型简化方法的有效性 ,简化模型的构建将有助于分析VFT过电压的形成机制 ,以指导GIS的结构设计

Abstract:In order to analyze very fast transients (VFT) caused by the operation of isolator in GIS, the waveforms of voltage and current surges should be obtained, and it is usually needed to construct an exact model according to the equivalent circuit of each GIS component. It is obvious that the exact model is very complex because of the huge number of electrical elements. In this paper, the exact model is simplified by analyzing the geometric shape and dimension of GIS components and studying the relevant results on VFT research in recent years. The effectiveness of the simplified model is verified with a typical GIS compartment system which consists of busbars, isolators, earthing switches, circuit-breakers, current transformers, voltage transformers, line isolators, earthing switches and cable termination etc. The simplified model will be useful to analyze the main factors influencing VFT overvoltages and further more will be helpful to the design of GIS structure.
