摘    要:研究了一种新的聚类谱系图生成的程序算法,这种方法只需要计算一次距离矩阵,利用设计的排序数组,就可以实现谱系图中关键的输出位置计算。该方法能很好地集成在开发的油液分析软件中。应用该算法,程序简单高效,并能够用聚类方法来分析油液的状态,进而得知机械设备的运行状态,为油液分析方法提供了一个可行的新思路,有助于提高诊断结果的可信度。

Abstract:A new program arithmetic of building cluster dendrogram was studied. After computing distance matrix only once the key output position in the cluster dendrogram can be figured out with the designed ordering array by means of the method. The program arithmetic can be integrated to the software of oil monitoring very well. This arithmetic makes the program more simple, efficient and easily analyze the state of oil sample by means of cluster analysis and get more information about the state of machine. It offers a new method for oil analysis and is helpful to enhance the reliability of diagnosis.
