纺锤型导正器在超长振冲杆穿笼中的应用

长螺旋钻孔泵送压灌超流态混凝土后插钢筋笼成桩工艺中,对于通长配筋的长桩（大于17m）,其后插超长钢筋笼存在较多难题,其中孔外超长振冲杆穿笼作业就非常麻烦。论文结合实际工程经验,介绍了自行研制的纺锤型导正器在后插超长钢筋笼中的应用。其工作原理清楚、结构简单、制作方便、成本低廉,穿笼效果良好,能大幅度提高超长振冲杆穿笼效率、降低工人劳动强度。

Application of Fusiform centralizer in Overlength Vibration Blunt Punch Thread Reinforcement Cage

In the pile formation technology of the post inserted reinforcing cage with the long spiral drilling pressure pumping irrigation super fluid state,for general reinforcement of long pile（more than 17 m）,its construction of the post inserted reinforcing cage would exist more problem,for example the operation of vibration blunt punch thread overlength reinforcement cage outside the hole would be very trouble. In this paper,combined with practical engineering experience,introduced the application of fusiform centralizer in the post inserted overlength reinforcing cage. Its clear working principle,simple structure,convenient production,low cost and valid thread reinforcement cage could raise substantially efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.
