摘    要:对蜗杆-齿轮减速器在满足最小质量和最小间隙条件下的传动比分配问题进行了分析,并在此基础上建立了相应的最佳传动比方程,通过计算机解有关高次方程,可迅速求得各级传动比的最佳值。从而为提高该种减速器的设计速度与设计质量提供了重要的设计手段。

Abstract:This paper analyses the distribution of total speed ratio of the worm gear reducer. Based on the minimum mass and the minimum gap conditions, the optimum speed ratio equations are derived. By means of computer,the higher order equations are solved, and the optimum speed ratio is obtained rapidly.Thus an important method is provided to improve the design speed and quality of this kind of reducer.
