漆树漆酶催化甘蔗渣纸浆漂白的研究

摘    要:利用漆树漆酶在无介体存在条件下对甘蔗渣纸浆进行生物漂白,初步探索了反应时间、漆树漆酶用量、温度及酸度对甘蔗渣纸浆白度的影响。结果表明,在浆浓为3%,漆树漆酶用量1.6 mL/g(对干浆),漂白时间20 min,反应温度20~50℃,pH值为6.1~8.1时,甘蔗渣纸浆白度可提高4%~5%ISO。

Abstract:Bleaching of bagasse pulp catalyzed by Rush laccase without mediator was carried out. Influences of bleaching time, dosage of Rhus laccase, temperature, pH on pulp brightness were discussed. The experimental results showed that the suitable condition was: bagasse pulp consistency 3%, dosage of Rhus laccase 1.6 mL/g(pulp), pH value 6.1~8.1, and the brightness of bleaching pulp was higher 4 % or 5 %ISO than the raw at 20~50℃ for 20 min.
