| 摘 要： | 本文通过对在立式螺旋输送机螺道内的料流剖面形状的分析,揭示了在该机工作中导致附加阻力的出现、引起动力的浪费的原因,找出了避免浪费的最佳工作状态,给出了螺距选择的合理范围,导出了在指定产量要求下机轴的最佳转速的计算公式。从而为立式螺旋输送机的设计提供了新的改进方案。

| Abstract: | The following work has been done in this paper. Analyzing the shape of vertical section of material flow in the vertical Spiral conveyer at work; Discovering the cause of power-wasting in the working conveyer; Finding out the optimum work-state of the conveyer; Pointing out the reasonable range of pitches of the spiral wing; Deriving the formula of the optimum rotative velocity for a giving flow rate of material. |
