摘    要:介绍环氧树脂自动压力凝胶(APG)成型工艺的原理,设计了带内外裙触头盒环氧树脂注射模,提出了分型面、浇注系统、排气、嵌件安放、内裙型芯等的设计要点,重点分析了内裙型芯的分块方法及抽芯顺序,并展望了环氧树脂APG工艺的发展前景。

Abstract:A new technology of automatic pressure gelation (APG) process for the epoxy resin is briefly introduced. The injection mould of the epoxy resin probe case with inside and outside skirts is designed. The key design points, such as the disparting mould face, pouring system, exhausting, embedding part placement and inside skirt core, are put forward. The method of disparting block and the order of drawing core for the inside skirt core are mainly analyzed. The developing prospect of APG process for the epoxy resin is forecast.
