摘    要:依据铁磁材料的磁致伸缩方程,推导出磁记忆方程,并进一步解释了磁记忆效应,阐明了应力与地磁场的作用。通过大量的套管加力检测实验,发现套管所受应力与磁记忆检测信息间具有良好的对应关系,磁记忆检测方法可以分级评价套管的应力状况。

Abstract:Based on the M/S equation for iron magnetic materials, the magnetic memory equation is derived. The magnetic memory effect is further explained to illustrate the effect of stress and earth magnetic field. According to many thrust augmentation experiments for casing, it is found that there exists favorable corresponding relationship between the stress stood by the casing and magnetic memory detection information. The magnetic memory detection method can be used to classify and evaluate the stress stood by the casing.
