3-氰基-1H-吡啶酮类化合物的合成及其反应机理的探讨

摘    要:以氰乙酰胺和N取代氰乙酰胺为原料分别与3-苯基4-N,N-二甲基3烯-2酮环合制备了6个3氰基-1H-吡啶酮类化合物,目标化合物结构均经^1HNMR和MS表征.并探讨了采用氰乙酰胺和N-取代氰乙酰胺分别进行环合时其环合方向不同的反应机理.

Abstract:Six 3-cyano-2(1H)-pyridone compounds were obtained using cyanoacetamide and N-subtituted cyanoacetamides reacted with 4-(dimethylamino)-3-phenylpent-3-en-2-one respectively.All of the target compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR,MS spectrums.In addition,the possible mechanisms of the two cyclization routes were discussed.
