摘    要:以NaHSO_4为催化剂,通过糠醛与乙二醇的缩合生成了糠醛缩乙二醇.研究了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂的种类和用量、带水剂的种类以及催化剂重复使用后对收率的影响.实验表明,NaHSO_4是催化合成缩醛(酮)的理想催化剂,其较优反应条件为:n(糠醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2%,带水剂为20 mL苯,回流反应2 h,活性98%以上,收率达93%以上.通过GC、~1HNMR、IR等数据对所合成的目标产物进行了表征.

Abstract:Furfural ethylene acetal was synthesized from furfural and ethylene glycol using NaHSO_4 as the catalyst.Factors influencing the product yield,such as molar ratio of starting materials,reaction time,catalyst species and dosage,and different water entraining agents were discussed and the better reaction conditions were determined.The factors influencing the synthesis were studied and the optimal reaction conditions were found as follows:the molar ratio of furfural/ethylene glycol was 1/1.5,the catalyst dosage was 2% of the total weight of reactants,the amount of benzene used as the water entraining agent was 20 mL,and the reaction time under reflux was 2 h.The catalytic selectivity was above 98% and the product yield was over 93%.The structure of the target product was identified by means of IR,GC and ~1HNMR.
